tdi unlike many of our competitors feel that if someone has bought something from us whether it is Software, Hardware or both they should be entitled to free telephone or remote desktop technical support from our dedicated IT department, this usually takes the form of:
- A step by step talk through of software installation and setting up of file structures suitable for your IT system or
- With your permission we can remote on to your computer and set things up for you without then need to travel to your premises
- Help and advice with digital driver/vehicle downloads
- We always try to help even when the problem is not related to our products i.e. windows system errors etc
- We speak your language and don’t use “Techy Talk”
- We are available 7 days per week
