I would like to say that my company has been using the services of T.D.I for about fourteen years.  They have been assisting me with all the necessary legal implications of understanding the drivers responsibilities for correct Tachograph fulfilment. I have had to call on their services many times over this period and on every occasion they have never failed to give the correct advise.

With this in mind it was a simply decision for me to use T.D.I. to instruct my drivers on all the different elements required for the new requirement of attending the Driver CPC. T.D.I. have been delivering this service to my company for the last three years now with the next course taking place later this month. I am also an occasional driver and as such attend the courses.  What is required to run a successful course is being able to keep attendees interested and motivated, this is a very difficult skill to be able to excel in, but without doubt the courses that I have attended have all been run in this way.

T.D.I is a small family run company this is simply "small enough to care and large enough to cope" and I would not have any problems recommending them to anyone. My company aims to give service to our customers that is second to none and I will only work with people that offer the same service as any company is only as good as it's weakest link and I don't want any weak links affecting my companies service.

We booked our first Driver CPC session with T.D.I. and it was well presented to the drivers. Especially when most drivers are used to being out on the road and some are not confident in a classroom based situations.  It was delivered and explained well at a good pace, with questions answered along the way.  A driver interrupted a couple of times but the trainer managed it well.  The drivers walked away happy and now keep knocking on my office door asking for the next session (thanks for that T.D.I.).  I will be booking all future training with yourselves.

Working for two different companies I have used TDI for tachograph analysis for nearly eight years. 

Over the years I have looked at other companies but I find TDI’s fast efficient and friendly service continues to be the best value for money. 

The Management and staff are always on hand to answer even the most difficult questions.

I particularly like the graphics which show a tachograph chart or digital entry in an easy to read format, which is ideal for me to help educate the drivers.

Shanks Waste Management Ltd have used TDI for all of our tachograph analysis and training requirements for many years and although we have from time to time looked at other tachograph companies we have always felt that TDI offer us the best service and value for money.

Our charts are either scanned or downloaded at each depot and they are then sent to TDI automatically via a secure connection to their server.

The analysis is completed and returned to us via E-mail and hard copy usually within 5 working days.

If we have an urgent problem that needs addressing TDI will analyse what we send and return it to us within a few minutes, you can’t ask for more than that!
