Getting your charts/data to TDI

tdi has developed a unique user friendly capture and transfer software package for your driver and vehicle downloads which enables you to automatically send your digital data to us via email or to our secure FTP server.

You can send your charts to us for analysis in two ways: 

  • Either by post, simply send your tachographs to us after the required retention period using re-useable security bags supplied by us.
  • Or you can scan your charts using our QuickScan system.  The scanned images are automatically sent to our FTP server and we do the rest.

TDI will then analyse your charts and data promptly, add additional working time information if required and then return the results to you within 5 working days or same day if you are digital only.  You choose how you receive your reports and which one’s you require.

Reports can be sent as PDF’s to you by e-mail, you can have them posted in hard copy or if you have our Disc-Check Viewer Software we can email you your complete data base, giving you access to all the reports, graphics etc.
