Safe Loading of Vehicles Driver CPC Module - CRS3046/996

Aims & Objectives of attending the course:

To ensure drivers are aware of their responsibilities and best practice with regards to loading, securing and unloading of goods and materials.

Course content:

  • The law - when things go wrong
  • Restraining the load
  • Types of vehicles and loads
  • Restraint systems
  • Vehicle plates & axle weights
  • Roadside checks
  • Vehicle weights and measurements
  • Deliveries

Entry Requirements:  Candidates must hold any of these licences:  C1, C1E, C, CE, D1, D

Duration: 1/2 Day (3.5hours)

Note:  This course combined with another 3.5hour module will count as 7hours towards the required 35hours needed to be under taken every five years.
